The Stop Script block will cancel its script, stopping it completely - even looping blocks will stop running. If all scripts in a project are inactive, the project will stop running as well. It is currently not in the editor. It has been used from 0.1 to 2.0 until replaced with Stop ().
This block is handy for disabling scripts (they can be started again if they are activated by a broadcast or key press, however), possibly disabling one or more aspects of a project. Specifically, some examples are as follows:
- Disabling scripts
- Neatly stopping a script
- Simply ending a script for ease
